A shame a customer service satisfaction of zero.An item purchased online lead time on delivery of upto 5 days actually took 11.Not very helpful call centre and no offer of delivery charge refund.Jewson and How's gray now to benefit from average £5k monthly spend.

Great experience and customer service from staff when purchasing my flooring. From point of ordering to delivery (including delivery drivers helping me) and after sales support.
