Despite it being 5:30am in the morning the lovely lady that opened up still had a smile and told me to have a good day

We went to get some coffees from the Costa self service machine, and the clerk offer herself to help us get the coffees, but she used her personal Costa app to scan the QR code in order to get the points for herself without even asking us if we were ok with it.
