Absolutely terrible, I go to Watford store 10 time a week and never had a issues with staff. But Trade Point delivery people are disappointing, three time in last six months they have messed up my deliveries. Waiting since morning as was promised the delivery will come in AM, called three time to chase it and got answer... read full comment
