    I bought an item 2 days ago and realised once I got home that it had a small hole in it.

    I went back to the store with the reciept and tags - the manager refused to refund or exchange the item for an identical item.

    I have placed an order online with click and collect . I have never received a confirmation of my order or delivery for a full week even though on my account when using the tracking system was delivered in store 2 days after placing the order .
