On my first visit I was not very impressed with people I dealt with but on my second visit I been looked after by a brilliant staff Harvey a senior advisor in Watford shop.Harvey help me out through all my process from choosing my glasses and been very patient and polite..A very hard working and very gentle man.. good luck...

The staff where really king as soon as I walked in to the store. Harvey helped me pick glasses that were better fit for me given my prescription. They also had alot of discount so I got a good price for my glasses.
