Spent lots of money here over the years!It's quite a good all round store although some of the higher prices let it down!Staff are very helpful I think the management could try abit harder to help customers so almost 5 stars but instead will go for a 4!

Gemma from the Watford store is brilliant. I recently purchased a car seat and previously a stroller for my granddaughter. Gemma fitted the seat for me and showed me exactly how it operated. She has so much knowledge and patience and is a great asset to your store. I wish everyone gave such great customer service.

Some of the reviews here look like isolated incidents or unlucky moments. Personally, I had a great experience of after-sale care,the staff were helpful and went out of their way . Big thanks to Larry and everyone at Smyths Toys Watford.
