The manager has the product knowledge, understand the customers requirement, I appreciate the service given at this stage.The reason for 3 stars is :1) he said delivery will be within 3 weeks, but the tracking info says 5 weeks +2) i did not ask for Glides and fabric care, but the manager briefly explained these products,...
