O/0 Disgraceful services..I have a basic saving account and left the card at home ,I had my driving licence and British Passport and refused to allow me to transfer 30...They are rude. ....and services is slow..I was made to wait for a basic service they could not provide..That why people should only bank with Barclays,Lloyd's... read full comment

It's a pity Rickmansworth branch has closed down. I went with my daughter to Watford today to deposit cash into the machine, I was helped by a lovely gentleman called Ali. I must say he provided great service with a smile. Santander needs more people like him, I hope Watford branch remains open as I will definitely be back... read full comment
