Well where should I start, the air con not working, boiling inside. £3 for a bottle of water, chicken salad not fresh and chicken hot wrap half empty.

I have visited the pret today. Outside it was too hot like 29 °C and I was thinking I can have my lunch in the pret because the team and the food are always perfect for me.
