Staff we're extremely friendly, rooms were clean only slight issue was extractor fan was really noisy. Stay at this hotel frequently as it’s good value for travelling into London with tube stations not too far away. Customer service was efficient rather than friendly. Rooms are generally clean however the lamp shades looked like they hadn’t been cleaned for a long time.
