I have stayed at this hotel multiple times for work and have never been let down. The service is impeccable and whenever there has been an issue the staff are quick to sort it. When we arrived there was a staff member shouting at reception at another staff member. Two men on reception did not apologise for disruption or try to calm the situation. My 2 young children were with is and it was a horrible atmosphere to arrive too. Similarly, at breakfast one of the staff was extremely rude. She... read full comment
