Unbelievably rude, unhelpful and unfriendly. They must be very unhappy people. They refused to allow me to pay in 7 x £1 coins. Apparently they only accept full bags of 20?! Luckily a very friendly and helpful customer had a £5 note they were willing to exchange for me. The post office then reluctantly accepted 2 x £1...
