Shocking!!! The most unbelievable rude customer service ever! I have been here to apply for a v5c and the lady at the till was just rude and i heard that i am wasting her time! Even if i knew what i am talking about because i am using this service with another post office a lot! Avoid this place!

A little blown away that the person who served me was just on the phone on loudspeaker the whole time, and waved her hands at me for me to try to understand what she expected. Rude.

Person on till was on a loud speakerphone phone call during the entire time I was in the Post Office. How far have standards dropped where this is seen as acceptable? Did not say thank you during the interaction. If you don’t want to uphold at least the average standards why work in a Post Office and bring down the average.
