Bad quality shoes and bad returns terms. Seemed comfortable when I tried them at the shop but when I tried them at home for a few hours, they quickly started to feel uncomfortable. Disgraceful staff no manners and of no help what so ever. So went in today to get my daughter some converse they came out with them in a Box 2 times two small and ripped I asked for another box theu said no. So there lose £55
