Popped in for a coffee. Ordered a large latte, a medium chai latte, both extra hot and 2 pain au chocolate. A young girl came and babbled something about a latte and put the one drink down. Ocean Bells is an independent coffee shop located in Watford town center. They offer a nice array of food, cakes, hot beverages and snacks which cater for all dietary types.
They've recently expanded which means there is extra seating available inside as before it was quite cosy but limiting in space.
