Had a problem with my phone so called in. Christian the Samsung guru was able to solve it very quickly. The other staff said I shouldn't call him a guru as it goes to his head, but he knows his stuff

Went into the O2 store to try to sort out a problem for my son who was overseas. Meera was wonderful - she could not have been more helpful.She solved our problems. (note to Meera - he's now safely in the Cayman islands!) Give that girl a rise!
