The staff here are amazing. Attentive and empathetic. Michelle and Zuzie in particular went above and beyond today with a request. The request was difficult and time consuming but this was done with a smile and without question.I am forever grateful for their help. Thank you so much to Nationwide and their amazing staff.

I like the mutuality of the business. The branch is open plan and welcoming. Choose your time carefully though, you can just walk in and get served or get unlucky like me and have a 10+ minute wait. A member of staff did come along the queue but couldn't deal with the majority of us in the queue. When I do get seen the...

Lyn at this branch was SO helpful. Been having issues for years with Nstionwide, I’ve never been able to access my isa or online banking. Lyn resolved it so quickly and I wish I came in sooner!
