Went there for wheel alingment and i was sent to another cuz they had no one to operate the hunter machine

Had a puncture today and needed AA to follow me to a kwik fit to have my tire replaced. After calling ones around, they were not helpful however when I called the St Albans store a man there was very helpful and changed my tire straight away, when others said it would be 5pm.
