I ordered two standard bike items from Halfords, I did check the stock was available in my local store in Watford; both items indicated as in stock. An email later indicated that my order was ready for collection, went to collect my pre-paid order only to find neither item was available. The sales person offered me an alternative...

I thought you book a date and time and it get done on the day. How wrong was I, it can take up to 2 weeks to get your bike back from a service so I had to cancel. Basically it's quicker to get your car service then your bicycle.
