Muhammed was the name of the staff in question, refused to exchange a faulty battery as I did not have a physical invoice, despite showing an invoice on my phone having bought the battery online.

Fed of up this place's service. 1- The staff members are slow! 2- For the second time, the product we want to buy comes incomplete inside the box.
