Went all the way into town to bank some cash. Branch was closed for renovations. I had no text email or letter to notify me of the branch closing temporarily. Visited the Barclays Watford branch yesterday to discuss an account query. The quality of services provided by both Mario and Louisa was both exemplary and highly professional throughout. They listened, focussed and were able to resolve our issues. Would recommend, thank you both.Mr and Mrs Patel

Having struggled to get service in other branches we went into Watford today. The service from Mario was exemplary, he listened, did exactly what we needed, explained everything very carefully, and was polite, friendly and very helpful
