Really help members of staff, I recently purchased a new scoot for my little girl and after 2 day the scooter broke after daily use, when back and the staff where really help in sorting my little girl a new scooter. Massive thank you.

I went into place an order as the website and app have not been accepting payment on multiple devices and cards. I was really frustrated when in store as the self service points were not accepting the order either. Abigail was really helpful and was able to place my order and I found her so polite and calming! Just went to this Argos to collect my order. It was a click and collect which is supposed to be faster. I had to wait 20 mins before my order came out and even then none of the staff knew what they were doing. Really badly managed store, no one knows what they are doing and loads of customers were irate.
