Terrible support for franchise owners and members. Headoffice has failings from the top down. A special mention goes to Kate, Eliza, and Maria, as well as the ex-manager Brett, all of whom are completely and utterly useless. BEWARE!

The Solihull gym closed giving us 1 day notice and never refunded our £11 for the 2 fibs (my partner only signed up couple of months ago)!!! I emailed head office about this and heard absolutely nothing!!! Now part of a better gym and will never be using anytime fitness even if it as on my doorstep.
