Really bad customer service❌❌❌Tall lady on the till made me to never shop from ALDO I had to go there 4 times just to get my refund made lies that I have got my refund finally when I told them I will involve police then they give me my refundvery disappointed will never go there again.

I,ve bought many pairs of shoes from here over the years. Last 2 pairs had faults. Returned a pair today that had started to fall apart after 5 weeks. The manager was very unhelpful a d rude. Won't be shopping here again

The lady staff member was very rude and unfreindly and I decided to never go this store. She refused to give her name and she said there is no manager ever in the store. I visited on 11th Dec 23 evening and have alse sent an email to them sharing my experiance and how insulted I felt.
