When customers were served by a woman I had not the slightest objection. On the other hand, the man was rude and repulsive.

RUDE and upsetting male staff member who shouldn't be aloud to work here. Absolutely no customer services skills and not only NOT friendly but rude and ignorant. Go to the one in the town centre, the experience will be a lot nicer.
