I only came here to drop off a Yodel parcel but they refused to take it as the box was “too big” and was told to come back on a week day when they had more space. I won’t be back

Don't try and drop off your parcel here. Although classed as 'small package' (less than 60cm) they refused to take it saying it was too big and wouldn't fit in their space. If you don't have space don't offer the service. Rude and unhelpful.

Don't pick your parcel up from here. Totally disorganised and so rudeWent in to collect an order today, was asked for information about size, colour, shop. All answered.
