The whsmith staff are so friendly and nice, always so polite.

Post office inside is the worst i’ve visited in all my time. The man working there is an utter jobsworth, even that’s an overstatement, as he doesn’t really do a job. No sense of customer service - i don’t mind waiting in line but the service there is appalling. Meera on the other hand who works there is lovely.

Post office. Slow. One member of staff walking around for 15 minutes "looking like" she was working. Really no customer service at all, after waiting for 25 minutes not even a " thank you for waiting" it's common sense really.
