Great customer support at the Waltham Cross shop. Had trouble fitting my kitchen tap, they worked hard to find me the right parts to sort out my problems. Life savers! Fully recommend them.

What a farce!Purchased a floor-standing Bristan bath tap with other items that were Ex-display. The tap ended up being faulty, constantly leaking water.From installation, this took a total of 2 months, 5 visits from a plumber (very costly) and a replacement of a very cheap tap from Wolseley that we discovered was cracked...

As a local business the staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. Bought a shower unit which am very happy with. As a local business I keep popping in for advice and the team were always happy to help. Shopping local to me means you get to know the staff and get to know you.
