Went to the store to do a yearly up grade . Never had the phone I wanted asked about an iPhone was told they cannot transfer my phone over since then have found they could then someone else takes over very unprofessional sitting there chewing gum allways gone there but never again

Excellent and professional service at EE Waltham Cross. The store manager Selby knows his trade, he is polite, friendly and helpful. He gave my husband and I the best deal and did all the hard work setting up our new iPhones.
