Very helpful staff if you can't find something you want, just ask, if it's not in the store they will look it up online instantly and say when it can be obtained

The post office staff are Very rude and unhelpful. Avoid avoid avoid.. 2nd time in there and no more. Waiting in the queue for 5 minutes to be told we are closed. My husband had the same last month. Typical WH Smith. Medium sized store, Bit of everything and includes a Post Office.
