My wife and I should have been going on a cruise to the Caribbean but a medical problem prevented me from going.
We went to see Sophie and she couldn't be more helpful. Everything was sorted and we was able to book another cruise.
We wouldn't hesitate to go back to book another holiday with Sophie.

We were looked after by Sue. What an amazing lady. Very patient with all our requests, phoned hotel to confirm all details of special requests . I dont think you'll get better service. We even got a cup of tea . Excellent customer service. Thanks Sue. Christine, Julie and family

Popped in to tui last week, spoke with a lovely Travel Agent "sue" , explained about all our requirements. Honestly couldn't have asked for better advice and help.
After a few emails back and forth we have now booked our lovely dream 2024 Holiday.
