Toy shop that struggles to match the variety on offer in bigger stores. Staff were friendly but prices weren't very competitive so went elsewhere for most of my purchases. Good selection of certain ranges like ELC but again RRP seems to be the order if the day.

Just dealt with a lady called Kirstie. She was nice enough but had terrible customer service. I asked several times where I could find things to go with a deal I was buying and she did not give me any help. She then also changed her answer about things I had asked several times by the end of the transaction. Ended up not...

Just wanted to say kudos to the staff here, they were so cheerful and friendly, it was lovely to see. And they have steps for children at the tills, which the kids seem to really like!

Our Quiet Hour aims to create a calmer retail environment for autistic people by switching off the music, dimming lighting where possible and removing noisy demos. Quiet Hour runs for the first hour of opening. The Entertainer is one of the UKs largest toy retailers, currently operating over 170 stores.
