Visited Tesco couple of days ago and found the parking situation very confusing. There were no clear directions, and no one to assist. It was difficult to navigate/understand, and overall the experience felt disorganised. Hope this can be improved for future customers.

Just bought something at self check out. There was a couple next to me, of an Asian background, who asked two women in Tesco uniform at the checkout to their right for some help.
