Prices are responsible, but the staff need serious customer interaction training, the older lady upstairs made me feel like asking for boots in my size was a hassle, the young girl on the till appears to have received zero training because she didn't know the answer to any customers questions. Tried to return an item. Told no refunds, only a credit note or exchange. Fair enough it says on the small print of the receipt... not sure how this is legal under UK law but couldn't be arsed to have a legal debate at the till with someone who just quoted "company policy" as an answer to every question.
