I cannot comment on fitting or time of delivery/installation as we did not end up purchasing flooring from SCS due to the fact that we didn't find our colors. What I can comment on is Customer service in the Stevenage shop, which was excellent. Martin was very informative and knowledgeable and gave us a lot of information...

Never never again, I purchased a sofa on November which was supposed to arrive on January which was arrived but wrong colour, after I called the customer service they promised that they will send me the correct one in 2 days and they will refund me for the delivery (£99) guess what 2 days later again wrong colour, after...
