Booked & paid flight, then received automated email stating flight is not confirmed, payment was still taken by Pandp ltd.Clearly the advertised flights I booked and paid for did not exist.Awaiting refund. Very unprofessional, booked a flight from Berlin to East Midlands Airport. It has been nearly 2 weeks since booking and the money has been taken from my account but have had no correspondence, not even a confirmation email! Very poor.
