My sister got wrongly accused of shoplifting at this stevenage store even though she was still in the middle of shopping…the staff made a big fuss and embarrassed my sister in front of so many customers and even said she will call the police my sister did reply back and defended herself as much as she could but was shaken... read full comment

The sale prices on the tickets never match the till so always check your receipt! I always get over charged and have to go back! The lady at the till stung of cigarettes and was really unhelpful.
