I ordered £100 coffee machine and had it delivered to londis I went with id and said i had a collection she very rudely said over there on the left I expected to find a proper pick up point but found my parcel sitting on a shelf with lots of others there for anyone to take it was boxed and in a John Lewis bag so clearly... read full comment
