I have been using this pharmacy for repeats for over 10 years. I get a lot of medicine being a type 1 diabetic. I was triaged to a pharmacist for treatment of a UTI. Very rude member of staff. I went to get a prescription for my son, I stood waiting for a few minutes while the pharmasist was chatting away with someone who looked like a friend. 2 other people joined the queue after me and was just as frustrated. Was in extreme discomfort from a swollen throat and hardly able to swallow. Contacted NHS 111 out of hours as 3pm on Sunday and was awaiting a call back.
