Saw the bad reviews but wanted to get my upgrade from a shop.The lady who served me was so helpful and lovely. She didn't try and make me buy the most expensive but helped me get the right phone for me. Great service

Worst service ever, I activated my broadband a month ago and it is still not working. The unprofessional staff in the shop have not helped at all. Have had engineers around twice and they are still unable to fix or even sort it! Don’t recommend this service to anyone!
