Took out a contract for a new iPhone for my daughter. Excellent customer service from day 1 at the St Alban's store! Ben is probably the most helpful person I have ever come across. Came here to take out a new contract (as the old one had expired) and to upgrade my phone. A Sunday morning, so thankfully no wait, and the model I wanted (iPhone 15 Pro) was in stock.I was dealt with by Yaz (Yazdan), who was very knowledgeable and assured.
