This place is very convenient for a quick toilet or snack break. I always seem to stop here on my journey from Surrey to Hatfield or Letchworth. Both the forecourt and shop area are very spacious and immaculately clean. Very little time is wasted as it's on the way, without having to leave the main road and rejoin.

Just been there, asked a member of staff whats included in the meal deal. He rudely said"it clearly states whats included in the meal deal. How to antagonise a customer that has the flue! Only two words to describe him. Asked at the tills for the manager.....they don't have one tonight! A special place!

These guys are disgusting they should work for the money they are getting !They should be sued by Waitrose for not selling their products right !
