Member of staff was too lazy to look for parcel. Tried to convince me the parcel hadn't arrived. Won't be sending any post here in the future.

Dropped my parcels off because they offer the Evri parcel drop off service. After sullenly taking the scantest of details, my parcels were physically launched (we are talking a full swing back and throw) into the back room.
