The shop is nice and clean but not well stocked up

Yesterdsy staff refused to give me the reduced price petfeeder that I had bought online via click and collect even though it was on the shop shelf. I had to pay the full price. So I have paid for the same item twice and will have to wait several days before I can claim a refund on the click and collect purchase.

One stop shop, my local vets, and dog supplies, staff always friendly and helpful, the vet prices alot cheaper, than others in area my last visit was £100 cheaper than the vets just down the road.
