I loved my shopping in new look , I was satisfied with in-store experience and Lisa helped me through my purchase and even gave me suggestions. The customer service was really appreciable.

I done a click and collect today and wasn’t sure of the fit of my dress. I was considering a refund and perhaps a smaller size. I approached a lovely lady named Paula and asked her to have a look at the dress on for her opinion. She happily assisted me to the fitting rooms and gave me wonderful feedback on the dress.... read full comment

Lovely stuff very helpful one colleague called Paula helped me today when I was looking for an item in store and lovely lady called Isabel served me on the till very polite and a lovely smile. Thank you new look St Albans.
