One of the bad ideas you can't download the bank statements..which is really bad in 2024

Came to pick up my card I was standing at the counter all alone for 2 minutes when finally the guy looked up at me then I was told I have to wait 40 minutes for someone to talk to me. There was only 3 customers in the bank including me. Shame on them.

My experience in this bank is basically a reflection of how a lots of the general British workers are, unprofessional, irresponsible, lazy, slow, confused (among themselves), poor.
