The WORST customer service. I walked out of the shop and could hear the two members of staff talking and laughing about me, I went back in to challenge what they were saying and they both laughed again. This was all in-front of someone they were serving. Absolutely dreadful customer service.

The shop is conveniently located, but it has definitely stocking issues. Often the fridges are broken. It has sometimes some good stuff, like some bakery items. Staff have always been friendly though. Hopefully it can improve.

This shop is a local life-line, particularly for those with no transport on the estate and is poorly stocked, very expensive and often closed now during advertised opening hours. The staff are always amazing though so please help them and the local community out by replacing with a good value alternative brand.
