Booked ear piercing for around £30 - turned up, they didn't have the earrings and the manager wanted to charge £50 for lesser quality ones. Pointless booking online, especially if for your daughter's birthday gift.

The staff today had the patience of literal saints dealing with my 6 year old who was too scared to get her second ear pierced. They were so kind and gave her loads of time.
