Had the buttermilk chicken with pancakes and eggs. Chicken and eggs were great however pancakes were quite dense , slightly undercooked and the chilli syrup was sparingly applied to the dish which made it feel quite dry. Good food, healthy options.Vegetarian options: Open kebabs and salads are nice
Right in the middle of the town, Bill's St Albans restaurant has a real Bill's vibe, open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and everything in between. Previously a bar, we refurbished the building, exposing brickwork and other long lost features along the way, to create a warm and characterful restaurant.
