I ordered a redelivery and they didn't try it's now been a month since my item was dispatched... Their phone line doesn't work and their hours are a joke... Why can't they be like all the other delivery services.

My postman has 'delivered' 2 parcels now to my blue bin!!!!! One parcel got thrown away with the recycling and luckily saw card left saying 'blue bin' before bin men came. How ridiculous. Not beside the blue bin, IN THE BLUE BIN. Tried to call to complain but cannot get through. Hopeless. Really, really hopeless.
